Hey Tom here is the lastest on the early outs only a rumor but i did get it from a real real good source. Years they wil credit the employee up to 5 years to advoid the employee being hit with the 2% penalty per year. Sorry no post lately too many grievances to file lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
