    Hi There All...

     I am new to this group :) I have been a TRC for two years and finally! I am now being converted to an RCA with a three year or less wait for a route of my own.Suits me ok because by  then all the kids will be out of the house and away to college or graduated from college.

      I just started a different  route(K) that has two big  trailer parks that are a bugger to case,glad I did not have this route to start on two years ago.My day to work is Monday which is good as it will free up some saturdays for working other routes.Bad though as its a tougher day to learn a new route.Made it back in time for the truck so all is well.

    Welcome to the site and congratulations on becoming an RCA. It's nice that you don't have too long to wait for your own route. Have fun on here. We like reading material so blog away:)

    welcome to the site...im a jaded rca so ignore me if i sound discouraging sometimes...a 3 year or less wait? wow..i been rca for 4 years...5 in august and i got another 10 years until i get a route if im lucky! good for you...welcome aboard!

    I'm glad you aren't going to have to wait long!

    When I started as an RCA, I had a 10 year wait looking at me, but people either died, got fired, or quit due to drugs, and I moved up the ladder in a real hurry! Got full time in just a couple years :)

    I am the junior RCA at my station in El Paso, TX. People are constanty moving out west. I hope you get your own route soon. Welcome to the site Ann!
