    Thanks so much for your ideas about increasing my speed, etc. I've found it VERY helpful to find out how other Regulars and RCA's do their route. Just by asking or observing I've picked up a few little things that have really made a difference. I do have an LLV on the routes I work about 98% of the time. There is one route that I'm called in to work once in awhile where I have to use my own car. I've just given up on increasing my speed on that one. My car's not designed like an LLV and just isn't going to be as efficient. One route I have has A LOT of flats. They typically will fill the case slots up two or three times before I'm done. I just pull them out and bundle them together and carry them on the side.

    Thanks for the LLV tips. They say experience is the best education. I'm about to be educated! I see snow in the forecast for Ohio. Of course the 4 wheel drive LLV's are in the warmer climates:-/
