I'm sorry that it's been a while since registering....but I just got caught up on everyone's blogs and I thought our office was bad....lol I have come to the conclusion that all offices are pretty much the same. Our PM isn't bad she is just very lax and doesn't want confrontation so she sorta lets things sllllide if you know what I mean. Sometimes that's good but sometimes it's not. We have had an RCA out since October due to a car accident and we are one sub completely down. It's fun to jump around though...it keeps it interesting most time I never know where I'm working until I get in the office on Saturday....lol..... I feel everyone's pain with their issues with your post offices....really I do. It's like they take someone (at times) that has no idea how things are done in the back and expects us to work miracles....well, brothers and sisters....I'm not a miracle worker.....just a hard worker....lol we have 7 rural routes in our office...2 contract routes and a city route.....I have heard the PM state that our office is one of the largest Rural Carrier offices in eastern KY....that several offices around us don't even use rural carriers any longer they use contract carriers.....We have RCA's that have been working in our office for 12 years....we have a 70-75 year old carrier....and up until her husband passed away she worked everyday and never missed a beat.....I'm not going any where any time soon....there are 3 RCA'S infront of me...but I'm patient......lol....aren't we all?  Well guys I hope that everything works out for everyone...DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF! OR YOU'LL NEVER DEAL WITH THE BIG STUFF...!!!  Like a duck in the water talk about it a minute say what you feel and let roll off your back....he he he
