I am a RSMC (rural suburban mail carrier) for Canada Post and I would really like to know how the U.S. mail carriers are treated. Are you all in a union? Just whatever u would like to share with me.

We drive our own vehicles, get paid a vechicle allowance plus a basic wage for how many PCI (personnal contact items) POC (points of call) etc etc. i travel 97 km's a day..........for my route and have 251 POC's..............
