RCA was definately the worst for me, but moving up to full time didn't exactly fit the "best job" idea. We still get treated like CRAP lol. Depends on how much butt you kiss in our office :)

I joined! And i got to tell the truth...its not the Worst job...personally I think being a PTF city carrier would be far worse...but they do get some benefits for the crap they do...so it kind of evens out...I think we should declare it a tie.

i have been a RCA for going on 9 years now and i am next in line to go full time. and i swear i thnk everyday , "do i want to be here do i wnat to just quit and get a real job? (real not being the whipping post for our office) " i do love the job but when you are given the crap of the crap for so long it really wears thin. and then to have the regulars in the office treat you like scum for being an RCA is even better. they forget they were once anRCA only thing some were not for very long. most of the ones in our office less than 5 years.

we are the lowest of the low and we get nothing but a paycheck for the amount of crap that we put up with, yet we are the backbone of the office. because how could the regulars take off the day after a holiday or on the long weekends without us. because they wont be caught dead covering for oneanother.

ok sorry had to vent feeling a little disgruntled right now. i need a hobby;>
