I started this group hoping that all of us RCA's could get together and discuss work and non-work related concerns. RCA's seem to be a special breed within the post office and face so many more obstacles than some of the other positions.
I was told when I applied for the job that being a Rural Route Carrier was "the best job in the post office". I was also informed that being an RCA was the worst job within the post office. Is it worth all of the uncertainty, frustration, etc.? I have no idea. Hopefully we can make our wait maybe a little bit more bearable by banning together and sharing our experiences, our frustrations, our triumphs, our mistakes and anything else that comes to mind.
WELCOME!

RCA was definately the worst for me, but moving up to full time didn't exactly fit the "best job" idea. We still get treated like CRAP lol. Depends on how much butt you kiss in our office :)
