NRLCA AND USPS agree on carrier pickup time credit

The NRLCA and the USPS have agreed on a time credit for carrier pickup during a mail count.. This will become effective with the Feb/March 2008 mail count. After a route receives credit during a mail count, the carrier will no longer be paid extra for carrier pickup duties... It will be included in a your evaluation...
