As you know, PostalTexan, I am not a rural carrier. I just want to commend you on your ruralinfo.net website. Not too many people would use their own personal time and money to educate and receive feedback from their fellow co-workers. I've been trying to get my friend Barry (a rural carrier and union steward) to visit your site. Because he is a true union activist, I hope he doesn't fill your chat room with too much of his dialogue.
