Well the affects of mail count have official started...This poor sub is at home..I went from working 4 to 5 days a week to 1...boo hoo...now I have excepted a casual appointment to the dark side(city work)...ohhh my feet already hurt just thinkin about it...oh well when you need to work, you go to work...lol

I was off yesterday so I put the tarp  on the roof myself...lol

Fine I will tell you all what my dear friend Beth would not...Sat while I was busy sliding off into a four foot ditch that almost had my car on it's side...my husband got a bright idea...We have recently purchased our home and we have just realized we have a leak in our roof over our kitchen...three days ago I asked my husband to tarp it before it got any worse until we have it fixed...did he do it three days ago....no of course not he decided to go get his cousin and climb up on the roof during the snow storm...completly sober mind you..lol...well once they got to the peak of the roof they noticed that the dry spots they used to walk on on the way up had disappeared..that is when I got the phone call from my husband...

"I am stuck on the roof and all the neighbers are outside looking at me"

"what are you going to do???" I ask

"I have already called 911"

Yes he called 911 and a firetruck was at my house rescuing two grown men from 1 1/2 story house while all my neighors watched...

Did i get any pictures of this you might ask...Why No I didn't...but I know a certain someone that will find a big red firetruck under the tree this year...lol

Well around 6:30 am this morning my phone rang..And then I heard it the familer voice of the Post office over my answering machine...lol..I stagered to the phone still very asleep to call them back thinking that  I was getting to work today...No such luck..My supervisor was just wanting to know if I knew that I was working tomorrow because of the Dec. overtime...I told him that the post master told me two days ago...he just laughed...And said well Have a good morning....Love those early morning post office calls that don't make me anymore money...lol
