here is my suggestion for the usps to save some money . they are constently telling us how much money they are looseing and how dire it is so we had better shape up or well all be out of work..

there are so many of these little offices accross the country that have NO routes city or rural coming out of them . they have to pay for the rent on the building, the utilities , the office supplies that are needed not to mention all of the upgrades on the scanners, computers, ect that need to be done just like the big offices. and the postmasters salery for coming in and running an office that may bring in less than a 1000.00 a month. dose this make sense ? i see this as not making any sense at all because the small amount of money that is earned after paying  for all the bills for the office is miniscule at best most of the time the office is loosing money when there is generally an office that is bigger and has the same conviniences is a short drive away. and if the people who have po boxes at one office dont want to drive or cant add them on to the rural route that goes closest to there homes . it would still cost the PO less than paying for an entire office and PM to run the small ineffective office that should have been closed a long time ago.

that is just my opinion though. and maybe we could get rid of a few 204B's while we are at it. take the PMs and make them come in and do the job of the 204Bs the pay would work out to be about the same.

and then there wouldnt be so many carriers who have to go into overtime because of a lack of cariers ( because soemone has been taken to be a 204B)

some of you know about the lack of the matrix in our office( it was MISSING for months ) i said something about it and now they have decided to do one from memory... it is not right it is not the one that was there etc. i was going to file a grievence and was told that a  union person said that we just needed to make one from memory . this just dosnt seem right . i thought if they could not provide a copy of the last one they had to let us choose agian. is this right or is it the make it up rule?

this dosnt seem right . they say there is not bumping no bumping...

i agree on  the 1st route but shouldnt  the senior rca get to choose form there.can i file a grievence and win this or what do i do? also my state steward is not helping. can i call a steward form another state to help? we have alot of favoritim in our area. and rcas are not on the list for it...

can you guys help or am i SOL?
