ok so i am tired of being the lowest of the low ( an rca) so what  did i do ? i went ahead and signed for the stewards position in myoffice , it is between myself and a woman whois a regular in the office. i don t know how it will go but if  i do get elected i know it cant be anyworse than it has been in the past.

so keep a goodthought ofr me please and i hope i can do all the other stewards proud although i will probably be asking for some help form time to time, so  anyway this is the news from the homefront here...

where is everyone anyway it is so quie here lately ... is everyone hoping they can go in the EO? i have a long time and alot of crappy days to go before that can ever be my reality i just hope one person out of my office takes it then i can go regular. that is my hope , i say a little prayer each nite , ok im rambeling . ..

Great for you....Knowledge is power...don't let the whiners get to ya. Tell them to put up or shut up. So many like to complain, but few will do anything about their situation. True in life for many things.

Where has everyone been....for me it is one word...SUNSHINE. Enjoy your summer. We all will have plenty to blog about this fall with the EO, FSS, and an election year upon us.

    The calm before the storm.

    Go get em!!!!!

Good for you!!!! Being a steward can be the most rewarding and yet the most frustrating job you will ever do.
I am proud of anyone who is willing to step up to the plate and actually DO something to help improve our workplace. On the dark side, you will get to witness first hand the TRUE personalities of management AND your co-workers. But being a steward gives you a totally different perspective of how the Postal Service works.
I have been a steward and past local APWU president for 8 years and there are times I feel like pulling my hair out and wanting to walk away from the whole darn thing.
I was going to add more on here - but this comment is becoming too big - so I will just add it on my next blog.
    Good luck to you!!!
