dont ya get a kick out of stupid people? i mean the ones who tell you one thing and then when one thing dosnt go exactly there way they change the whole picture.

so our office has these 48K routes and they were supped to be cut last year at this time , then 3 times after that ( still hasnt gone through) and the regulars are all yelling they dont need to be cut we always make our evaluated time ... blahblah blah . neverending ....

so because of the tons of mail (they must be cleaning out the warehouse before mailcount) the dps is runnig behind and they are standing around and waiting for the dps to be finished. PM and sup dont like this so they change start times back 30 min for all the routes. regular comes to supervisor picting a fit and pokes his time sheet and says do you even realixe wht your doing . if you move my start time back it will make my ending time 6:45 pm . that is not right you cant do this. blah blah blah... any way she looks at him and says " wasnt it you who was screaming your routes are not overburdoned and dont need to be cut so what dose it matter what the end time on your sheet is youll be back here by 1:30 -2pm any way? regular still not seeing what he is saying repets himself several times . like i said stupid peole  what can you do?

so we are planning to go to Disney World this fall and i was wondering if there are any Discounts for goverment employees that could save us some money on this trip. i konw we get discounts on hotel rooms around the country . so if any one has heard of a discount for Disney or any other great money saver for Disney please let me in on the info ... we are all excited!!! kids are 7 and 11 and this will our first time to go.

so i know ther is no way to be truly over this yet-- im just not going to let it go yet!!!

so i have decided to ask for some very interesting ways to make the lives of the regulars i work with a little lets say harder untill mailcount. any ideas? i know most of you are regulars but surly you can see where i am coming from on thi one. and at least im not letting the air out of tires or anything like that --- that was one suggestion already !

so any little anoyances are very welcome thanks for the ideas in advance

so for the past year i have been told that all of the routes in my office will be cut and an aux route will be MINE. it is now 1 year later and 4 tries later and still no new route for me.

1 st time -- worked on the cuts for a month and regulars pitched a fit and got it stipped .

 2nd time worked with local steward and regulars pitched a fit and got it stopped.

3rd time steward and regular worked on it and regulars had a fit agian and got it stopped 1 day form going into efffect.

4th time-- worked with PM, SUP, Higher up and the regulars got the state steward and a national union person involved and got the cuts stopped 5 MIN form being in effect.

so here is my question --- who and how do i file a greivence on this --its is such crap -- these routes have been over burdened for at least the past 8 years AT LEAST!!! they all know it and they do so much for free basically we have  routes that are at 60 and 61 hours.

i am so tired of the crap in my office if i wernt the next in line to go regular i swear i would have quit by now. i really cant stand the jerks in my office .

ok my tirad  is now over because i guess i just need to be the whipping post for a little longer.
